Danielle is a BCom Law graduate from the Nelson Mandela University. She is currently enrolled for an LLB from UNISA. Danielle joined Masthead as a Compliance Consultant in 2018.
As a Compliance Consultant, Danielle enjoys assisting FSPs understand regulatory requirements and providing them with guidance to ensure they maintain a sustainable business while serving the interests of their clients. She enjoys providing FSPs with a detailed and clear understanding of why implementation of regulation is important and keeping them up-to-date on current and upcoming regulatory developments.
A key component in her role is supporting businesses with implementing processes to align with regulatory developments and helping businesses establish a culture of best practice governance, risk management and compliance.
Danielle has been presenting seminars for more than a year.
Krisascha has a BCom Economics degree from the University of Port Elizabeth and an LLB from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She is currently completing an LLM from the Nelson Mandela University. Krisascha joined Masthead as a Compliance Consultant in September 2018.
Krisascha has been in the industry since 2015. She started out as a medical aid broker and was appointed as an Operational Manager the following year. She then went on to take up a role as an internal compliance officer.
Krisascha has passed both her RE 1 and RE 5 exams. She enjoys meeting different clients and learning how their businesses work. A key component in her role as a Compliance Consultant is assisting FSPs with implementing regulation while monitoring the business activities regarding the applicable laws.
She has been presenting seminars since 2013.
